Can I return my order?

Cosmetic products such as lip pencils, eyebrow pencils, eyebrow and eyelash care and styling, primers, foundation and serums cannot be returned for hygiene reasons to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Therefore, pay close attention to what you order!

The following applies to other products: only unused, unopened in the original packaging.

Send an email to info@zolacosmeticsnl.com stating which product you wish to return, the reason and your order number.

After we have responded, you can return the product at your own expense and keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed that we have received your package.

We will refund the purchase amount (minus shipping costs) within 5 working days of receiving your package.

I received a wrong or damaged product, what now?

If it happens that you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours via info@zolacosmeticsnl.com . Do not open or use the product! Otherwise we can not take it back.
